Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to ClipFlow AI, a multi-platform application (available on web, mobile, and desktop) owned and operated by NXGOAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using ClipFlow AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those using the Service without a registered account.

Description of the Service

ClipFlow AI is a content repurposing tool that transforms long-form text into platform-optimised posts for social media channels. Users submit content and receive AI-generated outputs tailored to their chosen platform and content type.

User Accounts

You may use the Service without creating an account. Guest access is device-scoped and may be lost if you clear app data or switch devices. To preserve access across devices and use premium features, you can register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include submitting illegal or harmful content, attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, interfering with its performance, or using it to train third-party AI models without our consent.

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating outputs). This license ends when you delete your content or account. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing them.

Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers a free tier with limited usage and premium subscriptions with increased limits and additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly through the App Store or Google Play and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple and Google policies. Pricing may change without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and algorithms, is owned by NXGOAI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NXGOAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use creates legal risk or harm to the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
